Shipping information

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We use Australia Post, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

Overseas order shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks due to customs inspections.

Please note: Orders returned to Ecovibes Australia due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or failure to contact the courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.

Late Deliveries: Ecovibes Australia will not be held liable for late delivery outside of the estimated delivery time frame provided by Australia Post. Refunds not be given for late delivery.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please ensure you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment.
